Napoleon Returns 1815 is the first game using a new action point/battle card system. The game is fairly simple, and with fewer than 20 pieces on the board, plays within 2 hours. The game is playable by 2 to 3 players with two players taking the role of Wellington and Blucher and the other playing the French.
