As a follow up to the Introductory Solo Wargaming video we did a few months back I sat down with Grant and we discussed what we like from solo wargaming, as well as numerous suggestions of medium to heavy weight wargames for solitaire players. We started with a couple more introductory ones and then dove right into more meaty/crunchy games. We talk about 18 specific games in this video.

Great video, what counter trays are you using in these games?

Typically I use the GMT trays, I think the lids keep on tighter than other brands.

Seriously… 18 solo wargames and you did NOT even mention the CoH Eastern Front SOLO expansion designed by John Butterfield and Gunter Eickert which sky rocketed the INTELLIGENT AI bot to unkown height …
Jesus, get a grip will you…
Most of thise others – all DVG,s – just rely on a die roll to decide what the AI bot will do. But neglecting the BEST solo bit game of the last 3 years is … well… I can not even describe this.
Signed: a solo gamer over the last 40 years…
